Ever since EOM Data Solutions was founded we have had a great number of clients in various lines of business. The following list gives a brief outline.
Investment Banking
In 2007 we designed and implemented a data warehouse helping investors to make decisions on investing. This includes the use of a solution recently developed by EOM for centrally stored Business Rules and Decision Tables.
Pan-European Organization
EOM supports this organization in cleansing manually entered data by using the DataFlux product line.
Insurance
We provided our client with a basic format for data warehouse-based reporting. This project also gave us an interesting look into the internal politics of a large company.
Retail
Between 2004 and 2006, EOM advised this client on their Corporate Data Warehouse implementation and quality control.
Government
We work for the Government on a regular basis. In 2002 and 2003 we designed and implemented the first increments of a data warehouse for one of the Departments. We also built a prototype of a web-based Strategic Performance Management framework, long before SAS put their SPM Solution on the market.
Furthermore, we were involved in accounting for EU co-funding provided to compensate for measures taken required under EU legislation to bring several animal disease crises under control.
Publishing
At an important Dutch publisher’s request we implemented several solutions, some of which some are still being used today. This is the first customer where we used the EOM Star Engine, which answers star schema queries considerably faster than standard SAS SQL.
